Nos clients choisissent des vacances spéciales dans un endroit unique en Zélande et s'attendent à ce que tout soit bien organisé. En tant que gardien, vous jouez un rôle clé à cet égard. Vous veillez à ce que le parc et les maisons de vacances soient en parfait état et à ce que les petits problèmes soient résolus rapidement et de manière professionnelle.

Qu'il s'agisse d'un rapport technique dans une maison ou du repérage des travaux d'entretien dans le parc, vous veillez quotidiennement à ce que le séjour de nos hôtes se déroule sans encombre. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la réception et d'autres collègues, vous changez rapidement d'avis et vous réfléchissez à des solutions. Grâce à vos efforts, les hôtes bénéficient d'un confort, d'une sécurité et d'un plaisir sans souci pendant leur séjour.

Resort Oysterduinen est un nouveau parc de vacances en cours de développement et fait partie de Kleen Resorts - un promoteur immobilier à grande échelle dans le secteur du tourisme.

Kleen Resorts se concentre sur la revitalisation des sites existants. Resort Oysterduinen en est un bon exemple. Sur le site de l'ancien camping Zon & Zee, un complexe moderne est en train d'être créé avec 70 maisons de vacances de luxe, entièrement équipées pour la location.

Depuis la fin de l'année 2024, les premières maisons ont été louées avec succès et le parc continue de s'agrandir petit à petit. Avec chaque nouvelle maison, le nombre d'hôtes augmente également.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you’ll combine technical maintenance with guest-oriented service. Half of your work involves keeping everything in the park running smoothly, and the other half ensures that every home is ready for a wonderful stay.

Technical Services

• You’ll handle technical reports and minor repairs in the vacation homes quickly and professionally
• You’ll inspect systems and perform preventive maintenance
• You’ll identify maintenance needs at the resort and actively contribute ideas for improvements
• You keep the grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and colleagues
• You switch easily between different tasks—no two days are the same

Service and Preparing Units for Guests

You ensure that every unit is fully ready for guests by the time they arrive. This is a broad range of tasks that varies from day to day, from minor repairs to the finishing touches that make a stay special. Here are a few examples of what this entails:

• You’ll prepare the properties for rental so they’re ready for guests upon arrival (no cleaning—that’s handled separately)
• You’ll heat the hot tub in advance so it’s at the right temperature when the guest arrives
• You ensure that any ordered extras are ready, such as a breakfast package that’s been delivered or a bottle of cava chilled in the fridge
• You check that the property is complete and in good condition before the guest checks in
• You resolve minor issues that might interfere with the guest’s stay before they become a problem

In short, this isn’t a strictly defined checklist but a broad role in which you’ll use your own judgment to determine what’s needed to ensure the guest has a carefree stay.

Through your dedication, you contribute daily to the quality, atmosphere, and experience of Oysterduinen Resort Yerseke as a delightful base in Zeeland.

• You have a hands-on approach and enjoy working with your hands
• You’re technically skilled and can independently perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• You have experience with technical work and versatile knowledge of construction and installation
• You have a guest-oriented attitude and understand that your work directly contributes to a pleasant stay
• You work neatly and in an organized manner, with an eye for detail, safety, and quality
• You think in terms of solutions and respond quickly when an issue or question arises
• You’re flexible; we also work on weekends and sometimes in the evenings
• You’re a team player, reliable, and enjoy working with the front desk and other colleagues
